Sorry for my delayed response. We did go to different ones! Take Valley Rd from Las Cruces and turn left onto Hope Rd. Hope Rd ends at the river. I parked the car at 32.445712,-106.896731. You'll have to cross the river and when you go to the other side you should see the corral. Straight ahead of the corral you can see the narrow canyon.
